How to download the DepoDirect Zoom App
To get started, login to your DepoDirect account and navigate to the Account Settings > Integrations page. If you do not see this option, contact DepoDirect support to have it enabled.
Click the Zoom app, then click "Get App" to be brought to DepoDirect's Zoom App Marketplace page. From there, download the DepoDirect Zoom app.
After successfully installing the DepoDirect Zoom App, it will appear among other Zoom apps (if you have any other apps downloaded!).
Once you've downloaded the DepoDirect Zoom App.
To open the DepoDirect Zoom App in Zoom, click the Apps button at the top of the Zoom meeting window. If the Apps button is not visible, click More and select Apps in the drop-down menu. Then click on 'My Apps' to view the Zoom apps you've downloaded. Locate the DepoDirect Zoom App, click it and log in using your DepoDirect credentials. Once logged in, the app will appear on the right side panel of the Zoom meeting room.
If you've already started a meeting, the Apps button appears on the lower right side of the meeting screen or you can locate it in the More drop-down menu.
*Please note that this process must be completed each time a DepoDirect Zoom Meeting is started unless you enable the auto-open feature
How to Set the App to Auto-Open in Meetings
To have the DepoDirect App automatically open when joining Zoom meetings, click the three dots in the in the DepoDirect app window located on the top-right corner. Then select 'Auto-open in meetings' from the drop-down menu. Or click on Apps>My Apps then click on the three dots to the right of the DepoDirect Zoom app and select 'Auto-open in meetings'.
* Please note that enabling this setting will automatically launch the DepoDirect Zoom app every time a Zoom meeting is entered, whether DepoDirect is hosting the meeting or not. The app can be closed anytime by clicking the Apps button at the bottom of the Zoom window or by clicking the X button on the app window.
How to Uninstall the Zoom App
Login to your DepoDirect account and navigate to the Account Settings > Integrations page. Click the red Trash Can icon to remove the Zoom app
