Final Transcript Orders

Find your order type below for detailed instructions (and reminders) on how to access/view/download your order. 


Type: Final Transcript with Exhibits

To view the exhibits, download the transcript with the fulltranscript_ex.pdf extension to your computer. Open the transcript in Acrobat, and click on the paperclip icon in the left-side or right-side tool bar.  If you do not see a paperclip icon you can go to View > Show/Hide > Side panels (may be called Navigation Panes in older versions) > Attachments. To download exhibits, press ctrl+shift on your keyboard, and highlight the exhibits. Right click and choose Save.


Type: Read & Sign Only

The witness will have 30 days to read and sign or the number of days designated by your jurisdiction. I.e. Texas, in accordance with Texas Rules of Civil Procedure 203.1(b), the witness will have 20 days to read and sign.


Type: Final Transcript with Exhibits and R&S

The witness will have 30 days to read and sign. To view the exhibits, download the transcript with the fulltranscript_ex.pdf extension to your computer.  Open the transcript in Acrobat, and click on the paperclip icon in the left-side or right-side tool bar. If you do not see a paperclip icon you can go to  View > Show/Hide > Side panels (may be called Navigation Panes in older versions) > Attachments. 


To download exhibits, press ctrl+shift on your keyboard, and highlight the exhibits. Right click and choose Save.


Type: Final Synced Transcripts

Download the synced files from YesLaw website. They will be located at the bottom of the list of available transcript options. Open the file and click the folder that corresponds with whatever application you use to view synced files; Trial Director, Real Legal, Live Note, etc. If you don't already have an application, click on the Synchron folder, and then download the Synchronizer Downloader. 


Once downloaded, click on the file with the blue and green gears in the same folder. In the pop-up window, double-click the active speaker file. Your player should pop up with the syncronized transcript loaded and ready for use.


Type: Synced Transcript with Exhibits
